Bouquet of tulips arrived on Saturday before Mother's Day. They were not in water vials and were beginning to wilt. After 3 days am having to throw out as the petals are falling off. Shameful company for sending out such garbage. Add comment

i ordered flowers for my daughter for Teacher Appreciation Week. I ordered 25 Tulips, she received 15 which were also dying. I paid $99.00 including delivery. I called CS the same day, was told a replacement would be re-delivered the next day - nothing delivered. Called a second time the next day to inform them a replacement never came. Ordered their special "tTwo days of Joy" or something like that Chocolate Covered Strawberries day 1 (Friday) , Flowers day 2 (Saturday) . Now I'll admit I made a mistake on the zip code for delivery.. and corrected it the following day and had 2 follow up calls with customer service (India .. i think) , placed on hold while they worked on it.. 10 minutes... I received roses from my son for Mothers Day which were delivered on Saturday. I took them out of the box immediately, cut the stem and put them in water. "DO NOT ORDER FROM 1-800-FLOWERS. I recently placed an order with this company on the 8th of May for two bouquets of flowers for mother's day. A few hours later I received a call from the company stating that the bouquets could not be made because the flowers weren't in stock with my local florist. I should have read the complaints before I placed a $200.00 order. It was supposed to be delivered the day before Mother's Day, May 9th. Every time I called I was assured it will be delivered. It was then promised to be delivered on Mother's day, May 10th. It was not. Now I am waiting to hear back from a supervisor. This is the first and last time I will use them. I can never express how sad and disappointed I am with the non-service and blatant lies received from representatives of this company.i ordered flowers, they took my money for payment and I received nothing. Not even the promised call of apology to my mother.when there is a catastrophic breakdown in ones ability to provide service, get rid of your third party outsourcing representatives. Add comment

My daughter ordered flowers ($150.00) on Monday, May 4 for a Mother's Day weekend. When nothing arrived by 5:30 P.M. Sunday /Mother's Day she called. She spoke to someone, who spoke very little English and worked off script who said they were just about to call her to tell her the local florist 1-800-flowers was using in our area ran out of flowers!!
