They are affiliated with 1800 flowers the flower arrangement they show in the website and the one I actually received are totally the opposite l. I spent $75 on the deluxe arrangement and it looks like it's worth $20. I called them and they replaced it with the same one, I called 1800 flowers and there's nothing they can do they are there for the sales and not the customer srvice. Now I have to call Graceland florist to try to get my money back.... Read more

Never using 1800flowers ever again, Syosset 1800 flowers dropped the ball big time. Sent my girlfriends mother flowers that never showed! Called twice and was lied to that they were delivered and received by an individual that does not even live at the residence. Tried customer service again, told the flowers were never received and I was told yet again that they were delivered when they were not, as I insisted that they were never delivered... Read more

Ordered prom corsage 2 weeks in advance. Delivered on date suppose after 6 pm. Flowers were wilted, they were not refrigerated. Was suppose to get 3 risea wirh corsage, got two. Would have been nice if they would have delivered wilted flowers earlier in day so I had time to buy corsage somewhere else. Very disappointed. I have no intention if ever using them again. DO NOT USE 1 800 FLOWERS! They are a GIANT rip off! My husband ordered an arrangement for me for mothers day. When the arrangement arrived (at 4pm) it was the wrong arrangement and they did not include the box of chocolates he oredered with it. The driver called the florist and they were very apologetic and told us to keep the wrong bouquet and the correct order would be sent the following day (Monday). Monday came and went...NOTHING. I spent almost $100.00 on a flower arrangement for my 84 year old mother on Mother's Day using the 1800flowers website. I've used it before with some success. The flowers arrived on time but were in terrible condition. The box they came in was deformed and the flowers were discoloured and crushed. I ordered flowers for my mother in law on tues for a Saturday delivery so she could enjoy them for Mother's Day weekend... I received a phone call from a customer rep on sat at 2:30 stating that due to overbooking that the flowers would not be able to be delivered until Monday , which did nothing for me since they were supposed to be for Mother's Day... I did not order a flower arrangement to be sent to someone; called the company to let them know; found out the flowers were actually ordered to be sent to someone I ordered flowers for maybe ten years ago! Fraud department never called me back, called again, fraud department isn't taking calls. Next step is police.

1800Flowers dirt bags lie! I ordered specifically for delivery on Thursday to beat the Friday, May 6, 2016, Mother's Day rush.....and they NOT ONLY FAILED TO DELIVER AS CONTRACTED ON THURSDAY....They lied about even TRYING to deliver!!!! Placed an order for Mother's Day flowers last Friday for a Saturday delivery. They were delivered, but according to Mom, came out of the box wilted and dying. By Monday, they were all dead. Called on Tuesday to see if we could get a refund. They would only offer a 50% credit plus a 20$ voucher towards a future order.
