Placed an order for Mother's Day flowers last Friday for a Saturday delivery. They were delivered, but according to Mom, came out of the box wilted and dying. By Monday, they were all dead. Called on Tuesday to see if we could get a refund. They would only offer a 50% credit plus a 20$ voucher towards a future order. I have never been so annoyed by customer service in my life as I have been with my experience with 1-800-Flowers.com. I was a Home Service Agent for 1800Flowers from 2009-2010. They moved their jobs away from home agents to a call center in the Philippines. They also took over the 800 Reservations number for Choice Hotels. Service is now terrible. Use a local florist and call your hotels direct line for reservations in order to receive good service, in clear English, and support US jobs. Add comment

This company is a joke. Just look up your local florist and buy direct as all they do is take a commission and hand if off anyway. I ordered my mother flowers on Friday morning, and asked for delivery Saturday, the day before Mothers Day. On Saturday, they were not delivered so I called to question and they said would get delivered either late Saturday or Sunday. My son ordered Mother's Day Flowers and they never arrived. 1 800 Flowers called after he called to complain, and said it was their fault and they would deliver them next Tuesday between 9 am and 7 pm. My husband ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom on Wednesday, to be delivered on Friday. Got an email on Friday saying there will be a delay and will be delivered on Saturday. No flowers on Saturday. Called and customer service says they ran out of roses!!!! There will be no delivery! Ugh!!! I will NEVER use these jerks again! Add comment

Once again 1800flowers disappoints another customer. We ordered flowers for Mother's Day but as usual they were not delivered at all and when I called in to customer service they had trouble finding the order via the order number I received from a confirmation email.
