I ordered a basket of flowers for my wife's birthday that were supposed to look like 2 dogs. What she got was a bunch of white carnations with black plastic eyes and noses randomly scattered among them. Excessive service charge and shipping costs. Customer service gave me a 50% refund. Pretty typical of the other reviews I saw here.

I ordered "A dog for Fall" on 9/26 for a relative in ICU. When I reviewed the order on line they showed a delivery date of 10/3. I got on their chat line and got the delivery changed to today. Grandson called to say the flowers had arrived and sent a photo of what arrived. The flowers were delivered to his work and he took them to the hospital. I ordered from this company for first time yesterday before 12 Noon Ordered my mom flowers and candy to be delivered same day, only looked in same day delivery menu to order and paid $18 service fee for this to be delivered. I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my daughter for her birthday one week in advance because I live outside of the US. The delivery was not made until late that evening and the flowers were hideous. I can only describe it as if someone selected the flowers from a gravesite, then placed them in an old vase store in their shed. please take a look at what I ordered and what was delivered. Horrible!!! Ordered flowers to be delivered same day online. Got an email confirmation, stating cost and delivery date. Got an email 90 minutes after placing my order stating my flowers were out for delivery. Received a phone call 90 minutes after that saying my ordered flowers could not be delivered because: 1) no one was home -> FALSE; 2) no one answered the phone number provided -> FALSE, it was my cell number, which never rang; 3) it was too... I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, the flowers arrived but in a cheap vase, not the one used on their website. I paid a lot of money for this arrangement because of the beautiful vase and the flowers were nice according to their website but after my sister sent me a picture of her flowers the flowers were in a really cheap looking vase, nothing close to the correct vase. I placed an order for same day delivery, as was stated on their site that it could be completed if order by 2 pm. My order was placed at 12:30 pm, and was given a confirmation email saying the order was placed. The order was never completed, and only after calling their support was I informed the delivery could NOT be made that day because the local florist delivering the flowers need the order in by 12 pm. I ordered a fruit bouquet for delivery to an out of town friend, who was in the hospital. I received a call on the promised delivery day saying they couldn't deliver that day and would deliver the next day. On Monday, July 25th I placed an order on line with 1-800-flowers and proceeded to place an order for my mom because she is not too internet savvy.
