Verified ReviewerTried to simply order flowers for Mothers Day
udid not arrive on day asked for in order (wasn't even the weekend). never got an update.
Called they said it would arrive the next day. it did, with HORRENDOUS 'are you kidding me' mold all over the flowers. Unusable. Called they said they would upgrade the flowers and priority deliver.
This never happened after 3 days. Called and they said the product they upgraded wasn't available (I didn't choose it, they did). they gave me no updates via text, email or when I log into my account. Just was open and in a black hole.
So they ordered for delivery again and said in 30 minutes I'd see it in my ordered products. Nope, a day later, no order, no email. nothing. so I called again.
they had issues with their system (which also happened days earlier) where they could not see my order history and access the system to take action. So after hours, 5 calls, a week...still no confirmation that an order has been put in.
- Support is all in india and terrible

Verified ReviewerNot what was ordered
The recipient gave me the name and phone for the local florist. They don't know why the wrong bouquet was sent but made it up by immediately sending a beautiful bouquet to my friend. I went on their site and told the whole story including how they made it very right!I...
No texts were received. They agreed to refund the $21 extra fee for the delivery and to re-send the order.
It arrived late the second day and was NOT what I ordered. The florist sent purple daisies and white carnations in one of the cheap ugly green vases that sell 10 for a dollar at second-hand stores. And those flowers I could have gotten at the grocery store.
They are now offering to send roses, but they can't deliver them until the 25th.
I appreciate the offer to make it right because - And This Is Important - it is the florist's fault for sending the wrong thing. They cannot tell me what local florist was used, so I can't complain directly to them to make it right.
For this reason, never ever again will I use this service. Picture is what I ordered v what I got.
- Easy ordering
- Cannot control items sent
Preferred solution: For them to hold florists accountable for orders. I feel ripped off.
User's recommendation: Call a local florist directly!
Poor Merchandise Quality and Even Worse Customer Service

Verified ReviewerAWFUL customer service!!!
My husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day Delivery. Flowers were never sent, although there was a pending charge on our VISA for a week, for $155.49, proving that an order was placed.
He called twice and got nowhere on top of being in the dog house since it appeared he forgot Valentines Day. I have since called 4 times asking questions and trying to have someone at least acknowledge there was an error and be apologetic and professional. My last call in lasted over 45 minutes, without any satisfactory explanation! This now boils down to customer service and principle!!!
1) The customer service order 30445****, does not exist, so "sorry we can't help you!" 2) Flowers were not delivered, yet there was a pending charge on our visa for over a week. "So why are you upset, the pending charge did disappear after a week?" 3) If the order number does not exist, and the order could not be tracked to my husband, David Crawford or his cell phone or the address the flowers were to be delivered to or my name, WHY was there a pending charge on our credit card?
- Awful customer service

Verified Reviewer | Marietta, GeorgiaOrder Framework And Process
I ordered my arrangement on December 11, 2022 for delivery on December 14, 2022. On December 14th between 11:00 a.m.
and 11;30 a.m. I am personally at the delivery location and I call 1800Flowers. I wanted them to tell me an approximate delivery time as to whether it will be morning or afternoon. In this conversation, I requested the telephone number of the florist that they subcontracted the job to, so that I could call the florist directly.
1800Flowers said no to that request and told me that they would call the florist and then get back to me. At 1:00 p.m. I had not heard back from 1800Flowers, so I looked at my e-mail and saw that 1800Flowers had sent me an e-mail at 11:28 a.m. that said a delivery had been attempted but not completed and that they would contact me if they needed more information.
Because I had been at the delivery location between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. personally and no one attempted to make a delivery, I knew that the 11:28 e-mail from 1800Flowers was a false e-mail. Therefore, I immediately called 1800Flowers again and told them that no delivery had been attempted and that I wanted the telephone number of the actual florist.
I was given the name and telephone number of the florist. In addition, 1800Flowers told me that they would process a replacement order to the same florist subcontractor. At 1:33 p.m. I called the florist and was told that they would call their driver and then get back to me to tell me when the delivery would actually occur.
The florist did not call me back in a timely manner, so I called the florist again at 3:00 p.m. This time the florist gave me a song and dance that the driver had gone home sick and it would be December 15th before they could deliver my order. I told the florist that I would be at their shop on December 15th to pick up the order myself and to call me when it was ready. On December 15th the florist had not contacted me by 12:00 noon, so I called them again.
They said that my order was ready and that I could come pick it up. I drove to the florist and picked up my order. The arrangement was beautiful and well done, so the good news was that the final product exceeded expectations.

What is not acceptable is how much work and effort I had to exert as the customer to actually get my order in my hands. In addition, the order was one day late and the whole process and its convoluted structure is a breeding ground for false information and customer dissatisfaction.

Verified ReviewerTook My Money Never Delivered Trying to Get Refund for 1 Month and Counting
I made a purchase using a Honey coupon. Money was withdrawn from my account and promptly received message of confirmation of order with indication that I would receive a delivery notice.
No delivery notice was received and upon investigation I was told they couldn't deliver. I proceeded to request a refund and through "many" emails and phone calls (spoke with 11 people so far) and promises to return my phone calls (never happened) to resolve, I "still" haven't been able to get my refund. They seem disorganized, confused, said they couldn't figure out what was going on (got emails for orders to "my" email address for someone else), claimed they were recording all our conversations yet every time I had to again call them, I had to start over. On one occasion, I was told they documented our conversation, were going to send me an email both demonstrating the conversation and "promise" to refund.
Never received the email and, of course, never received the refund. Do NOT waste your time nor put yourself through the aggravation of ordering from them. I intend ultimately to dispute through my payment method if it appears I've exhausted all efforts by trying to get them to refund voluntarily and report them to the Better Business Bureau.
But clearly they don't care and I'm going to be in for an even longer battle to resolve this. But "I'm" not giving up!
- Entire company
- Company response to customers
- Completely failed in delivering and refunded order
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't risk putting yourself through the aggravation of a problem like this. It's just not worth it.
