1800Flowers - FLORIST BEWARE

I was offered a free 4 month membership. I started February 12th and have now sent letter of termination of membership today on March 21st. What a rip off. For the two weeks of February, I did $2,000 of orders and when I saw my statement for February I had $2600 in fees. I owe them $600. I did all that work for nothing. Please do not sign up with Bloomnet/Napco. They are 1800Flowers. I lost all that money on vases and flowers and delivery fees I paid. Please do not sign up with Bloomnet/Napco. You are wasting your time and money. FLORISTS BEWARE …………….

1800Flowers - Bad customer service

I ordered flowers , balloon and bear for my wife's birthday on last April in Daly City, CA. My wife loves all the bears she got as present and keep those nice in living room. We got ugly bear which is not the same from website at this time. Their customer service called/emailed many times to replace it but never fulfill their promise to replace with the one from website. A kind of sweet talk a lot by phone/email but a kind of bs service so far.
