I ordered same day delivery at 10am. Â At 3:45pm I got an email saying they could not deliver until the next day because they were out of flowers.
Â They made two phone calls stating the same problem. 2 1/2 days and nothing. Â I wrote to their customer service and was offered sending something UPS a few days later. Â They are very adept with writing and phoning apologies.
Obviously they've had a lot of experience with that.
Unfortunately delivering their product as you've paid for is something they don't know how to do. Stay away from this company
