I ordered flowers for my mother online at 1800 flowers for delivery saturday may 7 and they were not sent so I called on sunday may 8 and they said they will be delivered the next day and Ill get half of the flower amound refunded. Well monday came and at 6pm still no flowers this is a day after Mothers day.
So this time when I called and asked what florist it was suppose to come from they said they could tell me, they called them and said they will deliver it in an hour.TOO LATE! A day after mothers day.
2 days late. No fixing this!!!

Same here. What I don't understand is why they didn't at least inform me that the flowers would not make it by Mother's Day so that I could make alternate arrangements.
I only received a call after I emailed them and then was told they could deliver the flowers Tuesday...right....
I told them to cancel the order, but that fixes nothing, nor will some coupon for money off a future order. THERE WILL BE NO FUTURE ORDERS FROM ME!!!!!
Me either. Never ever again.

Still no flowers. Still no refund...There are better services out there.
Same exact thing happened to us this Mother's Day. I will never use 1800FLOWERS again!
