1-800- Flowers.com

I had a delivery for today. Florist said they could not deliver my plant today because the address was wrong and the contact information was wrong. When I called 1-800-flowers.com to verify the information IT WAS correct. When 1-800-flowers.com called to find out what happened with the florist, they would not answer and 1-800- flowers would not give me their information. They said they would refund my money, but the money is not the issue. I am so hurt. I had to put a price on this loss but the price cannot be measured. Today was a very important day and I live 8 hours away from where the delivery was supposed to be made. Because the delivery was not made, this cannot be fixed. The damage is beyond repair. :(

Disappointed

Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with your service in that the flowers were delivered a day early (being Friday instead of Saturday) and they did not have a card attached and so my Mum did not know who had sent them. This is extremely poor quality of service and not one I expected from a high Quality florist. The courier made no attempt to contact the recipient by phone and no notice was served at the delivery address for alleged delivery. This is highly irregular and poor customer care. I can not express how cheated and angry I feel at the poor quality of the service you offered. This experience has left very negative view

No apologies

I have done business with many floral delivery companies in the past, but I will never be using your company again, nor will I recommend you to anybody. My order status has changed only after I got on your website to enquire about where it was. It was promised to be delivered today, which I paid extra for. Not only was it not delivered as promised, I wasnt even notified about it! A simple phone call would have sufficed, but I only found out after enquiring about it myself and all I got told was 'Your order will be delivered tomorrow' with no apologies or explanation at all.

Missed order

My sympathy order was missed because of Mother’s day deliveries. I placed the order in advance, operator said, it will be delivered on the day I specify, all good, thank you for your order. And then...Nothing. I would not even knew, if didn't start to worry as I didn't hear from my friend. It is very heartbreaking that I could not support my friend in her grief and had to run around trying to find another florist who would make it up for us. I have got a refund, but I would not risk using this company anymore. Thanks.

1800 flowers screwed it up and the CSR's are useless as *** on a bore hog

My girlfriend lives overseas... She has never had flowers before in her life. I placed my order with 1800flowers via the website. The little box popped up for me to talk to an online CSR.... I told them that I wanted the flowers delivered in the morning. They said they would send a note to the florist . The flowers that I purchased were advertised as local florist delivery. That is something that I wanted just for the experience of her having them delivered in the vase ready for presentation . Imagine the surprise that I got when she went to work and there were no flowers. I had placed my order four days before the delivery date. Ok well that was not what I wanted but at least they arrived that day. She was happy to get them when she got off of work at midnight that night. She sent me pictures of them. Number one, they came in a friggen box delivered via a courier service. That is so romantic. NOT ! I let it go until I started thinking about her getting flowers in a box. The next day I called the 800 number and got a CSR that seemed to want to help even if her English was broken. After about thirty minutes she told me that the reason why they were delivered in a box is because my girlfriend lives outside of the florist delivery area. My rebuttal was that that florist should have never taken the order if they could not have delivered the flowers. Guess they are as money hungry as 1800flowers is. The next thing I brought to her attention is that the flowers that I had ordered were not the ones delivered. She said that they were a different name than what I had ordered. She said the florist must have substituted and upgraded my order. I told her that I did not order them and did not care for an upgrade. I wanted what I had ordered. After much back and forth and me getting madder and madder she said that they would deliver them again and make sure that she got the flowers that I ordered and they would not be in a box. She then said that she would send me a twenty dollar gift certificate in three to four days in my email. I waited until nine at night on the fourth day with no email. I called them back being more understanding. That lady told me that I should receive a confirmation email for the delivery and my gift certificate within twenty four hours of our talk. That was five days ago now. I called yesterday to get some more run around bull ***. They informed me yesterday that the certificates come from their email department. She told me that they have a back log of two weeks on emails and it would take two weeks and that the other CSR's should not have told me the times that they did. I in turn wrote a lengthy complaint on their Facebook page last night. The woman that responded from their page told me that she wanted to help resolve the issues that I have with them. I asked for a direct line phone number to her and she said that she did not have one. But if I typed my info to her she would be glad to help. I informed her that I could not because I was driving and it was not safe. So moral of my nightmare. Don't buy flowers from them because they are liars and they give you nothing but the run around. The 100% smile guarantee is about worthless. Jim McCann you should really be ashamed of yourself for your companies CSR's lack of help and them lying to your customers. Jason

1800 Flowers Delivery Driver Got Lost - Entered wrong address in GPS. Flowers still not delivered over 24 hours later.

ordered flowers on Valentine's Day 2014. I received an email saying that they flowers were delivered however, the driver of the delivery service called me and said that the address I entered in the system did not exist. I grew up in that location and my mother still lives there...over 50 years. The location exists. The flowers were not delivered because the driver said he entered the wrong address into the GPS. This was yesterday 2/14. I have tried 8 times to call1800-flowers to get this problem resolved and the message I keep getting is " our sales and service specialists are really busy and can't take your call right now" then they tell you to reach out to them on the web, and say "Goodbye". I have NEVER encountered such terrible customer service with 1800 Flowers. These flowers were for my mother to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Her husband passed away and she is alone. We thought they would brighten her day and "put a smile on her face"...like the delivery confirmation email from 1800 flowers said. How is it our fault that the delivery driver entered the wrong address into the GPS? It is Sat 2/15 at 1:6pm EST and the flowers have still not delivered and my credit card has been charged the full amount. I am never ordering from 1 800 flowers again and I am sharing this experience on social media. Hopefully someone from 1800 flowers will contact me and help resolve this issue if they are not too "really busy". Order number: W005326****4938

Did not deliver when promised for no good reason

The florist claims they could not deliver my flowers because the address and contact information were incorrect. When I called to verify the information,IT WAS correct. When I called 1-800-flowers to ask what happened the florist would not answer for them and they would not give me the information to contact them myself. They gave me my money back but that wasn't good enough. The damage is irreparable because this was a very important day and delivering the flowers tomorrow doesn't work. I tried to do something special for someone and they totally ruined it :( I had to put a price on the loss but no price can be placed on the damage.

Paid EXTRA to have delivery sent on Valentines Day, delivery NEVER arrived.

My husband, being as meticulous as he is, made sure to place an order from 1-800 Flowers Monday 10th 2014 so that the arrangement would arrive on time for Valentines Day. Not only did he call ahead, he also paid MORE than the arrangement itself for shipping in order for me to receive it on Valentines Day. Yesterday, I waited all day for my arrangement and it NEVER arrived. When my husband was finally able to get through to someone from 1-800 Flowers, they said that the arrangement was delivered and that they had called his phone to advise him of the delivery. For one, I was home all day, and have surveillance video to prove that nobody came to deliver anything to my house. Secondly, no one ever contacted his phone as he did not get a phone call from them or had a missed call/voicemail on his phone. Today is Saturday, and have yet to see receive arrangement or be contacted by a company representative. Thankfully, we went ahead yesterday and called our Bank to have order disputed. Please save yourself from this mess, instead use a local florist! I wish I my husband would of done research on this company before ordering! http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/03/sports/baseball/a-mets-owner-and-claims-of-consumer-fraud.html?ref=1800flowerscominc&_r=0

Thanks for the dead flowers and horrible customer service!

Worst customer service *ever*. Friends attempted to send a sympathy bouquet.

Despite having my cell phone number, they left a tag on my door asking me to call them. I tried to call them for days, only to hear that they were too busy to answer my call and to go online, which I did and left a message there. Two days later, a delivery man brought me dead flowers...I tried to have them returned...he refused, telling me to call the local number. I tried multiple times...no answer.

Finally, late last night, I get an email from the corporate offices telling me that I haven't given them enough information to help me. Really? I sent back a not as polite email (I had been very polite up to this point) telling them my thoughts. This morning, I got another email telling me that they appreciated my feedback and look forward to my future business.

Not likely. Now how do I write the thank you note to my friends "thank you for the dead flowers I received in honor of my dead family member?"

I have had numerous similar experiences with this company.

Please don't use them. Use a local florist instead.

800FLOWERS IS WORTHLESS! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me for Valentines Day. They were supposed to be delivered to my office and he recieived an email confirmation. But they never showed up. When we tried to call them and find out what happened, we got an automated message and were hung up on. Our next call will be to American Express to cancel their payment. Now if they try to deliver this item on Saturday, it will be spoiled by the time I get back to the office on Monday. Thanks for ruining my Valentines Day! We will NEVER do business with you again!

Quoted one price. Charged $20.00 more.

I went there to buy a rose for my wife's birthday. They do not show price with shipping. So I chatted in the little box with a representative. She was nice and said she could help. Took my info and a few minutes later gave me a total of $29.32. I questioned her twice on if that was total bottom line. Yes, she said. Went back to the website and filled in 2 pages of info, and then found the total... $47.58!!! Called them on phone. The person offered a $20.00 dollar discount. She went away, then came back and said $5.00 discount and will send $20.00 future credit. I did not order, and will not in the future! I don't appreciate being misled. Consumer confidence used to mean a lot. This company should have none!

WRONG ORDER, LATE DELIVERY, *** CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Feb 11th, after several freeze ups on the website, I called the customer service line. The operator couldn't get my order right so I specified about five different times and then made her confirm the order to me. She then told me I was too late to get delivery by Valentines and that I would have to pay *extra* overnight shipping on both orders and just have them shipped overnight. One order was fruit, for my mother whom has recently been diagnosed with a disease and has been a bit blue lately, the other was the 'message in a bottle with the poem, if emotions were oceans'- for our teenage daughter's boyfriend. Neither package was delivered overnight, as a matter of fact, the boyfriends was delivered on valentines (3 days late). And it had the WRONG POEM in it. The poem was for a woman! My mothers gift didn't arrive until the sixteenth! And the strawberries were rotten! Tried calling customer service and nobody's available and there's no way to leave a message. Tried email and 'your order has already been delivered. Please call customer service.' Shaft did this disaster cost me? $120.00. I will NEVER use 1-800-FLOWERS again!

Dead flowers

For Valentines day my boyfriend sent me flowers to my work. Well those flowers I received were practically all DEAD. Some were wilted as others had no scent to them. 1 800 flowers.com surely know how to sp.oil a woman with rotten flowers. My boyfriend cheated in buying flowers at this place. He would have rather take them himself then have 1 800 flowers.com. we both are not satisfied and we will not use this for upcoming events. I have since then tried salvaging what I could from the wilted flowers. Oh and some were broken at the stem that cause some of the flowers to tilt. Of all the years he has sent me flowers this is by far the worst company to deliver them. I would not recommend 1 800 flowers.com to my worst enemies

I have ordered flowers for our boss 2 day ago. It is now 9pm on the night of the second day.

i have been with this company for 6 years ordering..Now..

I WILL NEVER order from them anymore. And I promise you that the company I work for wont use them either.

It is quite sad when all they have to do is make a simple order and that cannot even do that correct.

" 1 800 flowers.com surely know how to sp.oil a woman with rotten flowers. "

Hmmmmmm......

Maybe rotten flowers is what your boyfriend ordered.

Maybe he wanted the flowers to match your personality. What a lucky man to have a gem like you!
