1800Flowers - Recd confirmation email but flowers never delivered

What is up with 1800flowers? I ordered on line for a major milestone arrangement a week in advance. I received a confirmation email right away and thought everything was taken care of until the evening of the event. I called my relative who said she never received it. I called 1800flowers and they said they'd tried to reach me by phone. I will never use them again.
