Order medium level of their sympathy Vase and Basket Arrangement for family member. This arrangement was to include white roses, white lilies, white snapdragons, with lush greenery. Picture was beautiful. Instead a bouquet of daisies were delivered, cut flowers from my back yard would have been better.

Called customer service and got a lot of lip service; so sorry, we will contact the florist, new arrangement will be sent the following day. I’M STILL WAITING FOR THE ARRANGEMENT!

This is the second time I have tried to use 1800flower for a special occasion the last disappointment was Mother’s Day.

WILL NEVER NEVER USE THEM AGAIN>
