Called DEC 15th to place an order one for my daughter in Arizona wanted to send her a gift because her birthday is December 24th, so i choose this gorgeous tree rose and two balloon one saying happy birthday and the other merry Xmas

than chose candy cane roses to be sent to another great lady that has helped me financially and would have been a token to thank her for helping me, would have lost my home if she did not help

the one to her got send to someone else

the order showed that my daughter was sending the flowers to her, butt i paid the bill

so tried hard to get them to fix the problem today is December 18th and still struggling to fix it,

got charged three times almost $400. Which i do not have since i live on social security income only

talked this morning to billing dept according to her she re funded me the other two charges and only paying for the Xmas rose tree and balloons

begged her to email me showing that she did the refund and another to show my daughter was going to get the gift that i so looked for to send

waited about hour giving her time to send the email and nothing!Called this person that told me to call her, and my god again and again i get people that i can not and every single person picking up the phone does not speak Englishsh native american English all foreigners, which i do not have anything against that, but when you are angry with what is going on and do not understand what they saying and they screwed up so bad that they are charging me for stuff i did not get

to make a long story short, i am angry, i worry i will not get the extra payment removed and worry my daughter will not get the gift

it is crazy, i rregretdoing it, took three days out of my life and iam angry all the time, because i am concerned about the extra charges they hit me with

they do not have a english speaking person if you life depend on it

i hate it, i hate what i went through for three days, i am a shamble disappointedd and if they were here on the front of me i would take their eyes out for putting me trough what was a easy task to impossible task, i am still afraid i wont get my money back and my daughter wont get her gift and i waisted three day trying to fix it

do not buy from 1800flowers they are bad, they do not even try to compasate by replacing what was not repdo do naid and put in the wrong house

i am pissed!!!!!!!

User's recommendation: do not buy from 1800flowers specially busy season i will never use them again.

Monetary Loss: $367.

Preferred solution: all the above applies for what they put me trough this week the stress alone is enough to make me dislike all of them.
