UPDATE! Great resolution!!!Tried calling Customer Service.

I was told since the flowers were already delivered, there was nothing they could do. What ???? Why??? I even had pictures of the droopy / mushy flowers.

So, I went to the Customer Service link online. I initiated a LIVE CHAT. The agent I dealt with was extremely helpful and apologetic.

A replacement order was scheduled for the next day and a $20 coupon was sent to me as well. VERY HAPPY with how the issue was handled.

Unknown to me, my brother ordered Christmas flowers for me. I happened to notice them on my porch after I got home from work (5PM).

It was 26 degrees out.

It appears the flowers had been outdoors all day. No attempt was made to contact me, a neighbor, or leave a note to schedule delivery.

Needless to say, the flowers were frozen...the roses limp...and the other flowers mushy.

So disappointed. The bouquet itself would have been stunning.

It came with a cute Christmas container. Unfortunately, I have no flowers to put them in.

Why would any company leave flowers outdoors when the wind chill measures 20 degrees?

User's recommendation: Be careful where you have flowers delivered. No exceptions are made for cold locales.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
