After a year, I was charged for a renewal on the Passport subscription. I received no notification of a pending charge, so it took me by surprise.

I was shocked to see about three other charges forthcoming. I tried to contact customer service, only to get the chat. It was not helpful at all, mind you, it was the weekend. I called on Monday only to be told to call back later in the day (it was 7 am EST).

I am not pleased one bit. I expected a little more professionalism.

I just wanted to cancel the service. Now, I am done with this company for good.

Second delivery made to same address with similar although smaller item was as disastrous as the first one. Not able to undersand why same item shipped to resident in Indiana was fine but two orders sent to Texas were unsatisfactory.
