Ordered for Valentine's day and was told no problem getting delivery on time. Sent to a hotel for my wife so no excuse that no one there to receive.
Flowers not delivered on day promised and as a result flowers were wilted When I check with FedEx tracking flower were not even given to FedEx until late on the 13th.
Person only got to see them for one day because of travel and delay Customer service has yet to respond after two attempts to contact them about the delivery error and calling had wait times of 30 minutes to talk to someone. Never use them again
