I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work on valentines day and they were never delivered. I called 4 times throughout the day and each time I got a message saying they were too busy to take calls so they could not help me at that time and just hung up On me.

4 times in one day and the same message. That Is just horrible. Your ads say you are delivering smiles...all you delivered was disappointment. Incredible that this company has not been shut down yet.

I will be telling all coworkers and friends to never use 1800flowers. Huge disappointment.
