I purchased an arrangement of flowers to be delivered the same day as ordered (5/7/2017) because it was my friends birthday.I paid $18 in fees for same day delivery.

I made the order 11:30A EST. I could not get any updated info online w/ order confirmation number, so I called a 1800 flowers service rep @ 4:15P EST. I was told that my order was processed and out for delivery. I asked the approximate ETA: I was told 5pm.

Since this was a surprise for my friend, I expected to hear from her when flowers were received. Around 7:30P I heard nothing. I checked online to see if there was any updated info on my order, only to find out that the delivery date was now pushed to the next day (5/8). I was very upset.

I called 1800 flowers to cancel order. I got a lot of excuses and cons to keep order as is without any justification for the fees I've paid. I will never use 1800 flowers again!!!

The order was canceled, But I call my CC co.to dispute charges just in case.

I didn't like: Present was never delivered, Horrible customer service to nondelivery that they acknowledged.
