I ordered a fruit bouquet for delivery to an out of town friend, who was in the hospital.I received a call on the promised delivery day saying they couldn't deliver that day and would deliver the next day.
The next day I got a call at 4:30 pm telling me that the couldn't make the delivery again. Eventually they admitted they couldn't make the bouquet. Needless to say I am furious. I will never use them again, they are incompetent and deceptive.
They had no problem taking the order and charging extra for same day delivery.
Then he the gall to call and tell me it would be delivered a day late.When they were not ever going to make the delivery
This person wrote the review because of "sold product they couldn't produce" at 1800flowers and attached a photo. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $74 and wants 1800flowers to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was extremely poor customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
