My son and daughter in law, granddaughters sent me flowers today for mother's day,, He was base at Fort Lewis and meant his wife and now lives in WA State, It was a nice surprise they sent me flowers and chocolates to my job. When i open the box you could smell something weird and when i took the plastic off 5 of the tulips stem were brown and the tops fell off the rest of the tulips were really small the Iris were not to bad so i call 1-800-flowers they would resend the flower for a discount , i told them no , i just wanted them to send me new tulips she ignored me and just said to me we can gave them 20 points towards another order and than apologize about the tulips , they spend a lot of money on them, i couldn't understand the customer service person at all. I was very frustrated , so i let my son know what happen and not to order flowers every again from them,
