Flowers were supposed to be delivered on the morning time for a 12:30pm funeral. I received notice at 5:30pm that night that the "flowers have now been delivered". Waaayyyy too late. I requested a refund (via email because the 1-800-FLOWERS phone number has been disconnected).
instead of offering full refund, they offered to re-deliver the flowers (to the home). I said I do not want a re-delivery and they they offered 50% refund with re-delivery. NO.
Finally, I found the phone number for the corporate office customer support and spoke with someone who finally said yes to a full refund.
