Flowers sent to me for Christmas from Massachusetts, I live in Maine. Order came frozen and dead shipped from NJ.

I called to complain and was promised a new arrangement the next day one that I had picked out of their list online, 3 days later a delivery of a dozen white roses came, not the arrangement I picked, leaves all dry and bottoms of roses turning brown. They were shipped from OH. False advertising when they say they use local florists, it is not hard to find a florist in Maine, I have one 1/2 mile from my house that does incredible work.

I would never recommend or use 1800flowers. Maine Dec 2017

Stick with local merchants.

I'm in PA, my G-Aunt was in Colorado ; I called a local shop near her house - great !
