I placed an order on 1-800 flowers for my grandfather's casket. I searched for hours online until I found this beautiful arrangement called Blue & White Mixed Half Casket Cover.
I was terribly wrong, when I got to the funeral home to say my goodbyes these flowers were not fresh. I honestly felt the florist went to the cemetery picked out the arrangement they did a couple days ago that match what i ordered and delivered it to my grandfather. I did contact customer service and all they offered was to replace the order.
How would that even be an option if the flowers I ordered were for a casket at a funeral home. I was already suffering a loss in my family and to see these flowers destroyed me even more.
