Put in order.Received confirmation, then was told that product not available after I received confirmation that the product was available.
Got all sorts of excuses. Not compensation on botched up order that was done by your company. Also CSR can not communicate in English, they read off cards and do not connect you to supervisors. Every time you ask for a supervisor they say they can not hear you, but hear you for everything else.
I will never order from this company again. They never made good on a mistake they made. This company is a poorly managed operation.
If you can not provide customer service reps that can communicate is tells me all you want is to steal peoples time and money.This is a disgrace.
