Ordered a $100 plant for a relative as a sympathy gift. Lives where its cold Vermont nothing marked on box about live plant Fedex left on porch.

Got home 30min later plant frozen and dead. Called to complain asked for new plant this time delivered to work. Broken English can't understand me, unsympathetic except when placing on hold for several times. Cant find business address got cut off called back said someone woild call me in 10 min.

ITS been an hour no call back!

!! Learned my lesson will always read reviewd 1st from now on!!!!

Called again got a man this time still not good English. Nothing they can do could find no record of conversation yesterday (45min) .I asked for supervisor oh they are busy.

He would just leave the line dead silence 5-10 min. I was still there said would refund my money all $125.00. Still waiting and wants me to give him a good review!
