I placed an order on November 10, 2018 for a funeral memorial. Order was suppose to be delivered on November 15,2018.

I called that afternoon asking why my order was not delivered. Was told it would be 11/16. Still not delivered. Was then promised on Monday.

Still not delivered so I called again. Was told that they cannot get the item to pick another one. I did and was told it would be delivered on 11/23. Just called to confirm this new info.

Now they changed the date to 11/28. I am appalled at the customer service.

This was a keepsake memorial gift for a funeral service. I will never do business with this company again!!!
