I ordered Easter flowers for my Mom on March 28, 2018. Ten DAYS LATER and she still has not received them.

I talked to customer service, (which is horrible by the way) and they had no explanation. Never again! I will never buy from this company ever again. I was offered no refund; no compensation; nothing.

One customer rep said it could be weather! Right. FedEx picked up the flowers in Kansas City (where I live) and transported them to Oklahoma City (where all my family lives) and high temperature? 60 degrees F.

Hate this company!! I just wanted to give my Mom some flowers for Easter and now all I have gotten from is a headache.

Product or Service Mentioned: 1800flowers Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Did not deliver the product.
