I ordered Easter flowers for my Mom on March 28, 2018.Ten DAYS LATER and she still has not received them.

I talked to customer service, (which is horrible by the way) and they had no explanation. Never again! I will never buy from this company ever again. I was offered no refund; no compensation; nothing.

One customer rep said it could be weather! Right. FedEx picked up the flowers in Kansas City (where I live) and transported them to Oklahoma City (where all my family lives) and high temperature? 60 degrees F.

Hate this company!!I just wanted to give my Mom some flowers for Easter and now all I have gotten from 1-800-Flowers.com is a headache.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Did not deliver the product.
