I had been a little skeptical of ordering flowers online, but figured 1800 flowers was large enough to be trustworthy. I suppose I was wrong:
Ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday between noon and 4PM. At 4, emailed and called multiple times since it hadn't arrived.
No response. Emailed a few more times that night.
After 8PM, once her work was closed up for the night, flowers were left on the business' doorstep and left overnight. The flowers themselves were ok, but having been left overnight, the card was soaked through from rain, and the balloon was a little deflated.
Still no response from anything...
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor resolution of this issue and extremely poor customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of 1800flowers flowers and associated monetary loss in the amount of $68. 1800Flowers needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
