They never delivered nor gave a refund. You have to investigate.
Plus if you happen to use paypal and have your husband's name on the account but the wife (me) ordered the arrangement - they will not issue the refund until they talk to the account owner. I think it should be an automatic refund of an order if it is not delivered as promised. They had no problem taking an order from me and using paypal for payment.
They just have a problem returning money. Don't you think they should have had the problem when I ordered too?
