1800Flowers - Left on the front porch to freeze

Ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered on Wednesday dec.6. My brother was home, they bought the flowers to the front porch and left them. It was 20 degrees outside. By the time they were found the next day, they were freeze burned and wilted. If they would have called, text, or emailed me that they left them i could have called my brother to rescue them.

They never delivered nor gave a refund. You have to investigate. Plus if you happen to use paypal and have your husband's name on the account but the wife (me) ordered the arrangement - they will not issue the refund until they talk to the account owner. I think it...

1800Flowers - Bad arrangement and customer service
We ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and what she received was nothing like the picture seen on the website. We called 1-800-Flowers and they wanted to pick up the flowers that were delivered to my daughter and replace them afterwards. My daughter was not liking the idea of them coming just to pick up the original flowers and said no. 1-800-Flowers has no other resolution to offer. Won't be ordering from them ever again. Very disappointed.

1800Flowers - Bad bad service

Delivered wrong arrangement to my sister to put on my brothers grave. When I complained they wanted her to drive back five house to get the arrangement and return it to them So they would replace it. I will n et use 1-800 againthey suck !

The first time i ordered flowers they didnt arrive until my gf was walking out the door to go home the second time the order never showed up and i called 3 times during the day to see were and when they would be delivered i will never use 1800flower ever agsin

I ordered flowers for my brothers grave site. I spend a considerable amount. When I saw the flowers they were nothing like what I ordered and paid for a third of the size. When I complained they said and wanted a reorder they said that my sister in law had to drive 5 hours back to his grave site and get the old flowers and give them to the florist before they would replace them. Are you kidding me ! 1-800-you suck !!!!!!!!!!
