100% refund.

Flowers were delivered today and were garbage! See photos.

Will never order from 1800Flowers again. I demanded a refund and would accept nothing less than 100%.

After demanding to talk to the customer service representative's supervisor, the refund was granted. Never did get to talk to the supervisor.

Paid upgraded fee (total $30) to have flowers DELIVERED "on or before 5/11." Flowers were not shipped UNTIL 5/11. Tracking shows it MAY be delivered by end-of-day 5/13. Contacted customer service and was told "nothing can be done" I asked for a refund of the delivery fee, and, again, was told nothing could be done "because it's in transit." That's straight up a lie. So, not only is 1800Flowers incapable of scheduling/making a delivery on time, their customer service will flat-out lie to customers.

Not worse to try them

They suppose to deliver for a funeral at 11 am. The night before at 11 pm in the night I got an email inform me that they will not be able to deliver anything, I called for 2 hrs. nobody did anything. Instead, of getting my refund I got only $330 not $345. THEY SAID THEY KEPT IT FOR MEMBERSHIP. WHO NEEDS YOUR MEMBERSHIP???????? I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS COMPANY WHERE THEY HAVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE Costa Rica OR INDIA VERY BAD

Bought the shipping membership like a fool. They do NOT apply it to any of the "family" of brands and make no mention of checking in for it at checkout to have the membership apply. I think someone needs to do a class action lawsuit to make them do what they advertise....

Wrong product delievered

Flowers were purchased I received the wrong product plus the wrong card, contacted them with the invoice number order number they magically can't find it!! Have receipts giving them that information, the money was taken out of the account, and I was delivered someone else order! All I was given was a sorry for the inconvenience My order was messed up wasn't even given the option to have it resent correctly

Unfair business ethics

They froze double chargers to my account for a purchase. Said it was an error. I believe that this is a way to gain interest on an unsuspecting person to increase their bottom line. Just how many people are having this problem with this organization????

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They were positively fantastic and I WILL buy fm them again..

ORDER #: 577021**** was supposed to go to Los Angeles address! I originally had it going to Plant City in Florida but decided to wait and send flowers instead to a relative in CA. My online chat rep assured me that she forwarded the change info to the right people. The order hadn't even shipped so change was possible, but no one followed through. Not thinking I'll do business with you again if this is how it is. Now I ended up spending money on relatives in Florida when that was not my intent (I had another surprise for them).

Very Unhappy

Every single time I order from this company. It goes wrong. they can't get there *** together. Please if you want to keep a happy wife. buy flowers any where but from this joke of a company. Please Please save your self the head aches. I wish I could give 0 stars

NEVER RECIEVED MY FATHERS DAY ORDER

I placed an order on the 18th for fathers day and the order was supposed to arrive on the 19th the order never came I call them and they say they are so sorry and they promise it will be there on fathers day which was the 20th well guess what it never came i had to reach out to them at 5pm on fathers day and my order never had an update regarding delivery shame on this company they do not care at all

High price poor quality

I paid $200 for a simple arrangement. When the flowers arrived it looked as if a pre-schooler had done the arrangement. I reported the problem on the customer survey from 1800flowers and asked that I be contacted concerning this issue. No one contacted me.

Delivery

I placed an order for flowers for a friend that her Mom passed away. I dont know why but the flowers was scheduled for delivery for today 6/16. These were ordered on 6/6/21. So they were not delivered today either. You order flowers when you need them. I am really disappointed in this service. I dont think I will be using 188flowers again.

Disappointed

Ordered flowers on May 18th for a family friend who is on hospice. They withdrew the money, never delivered the flowers, and did not notify me. Ordered flowers on July 8th, they arrived to the recipient 2 days late and wilted. A way for them to compensate, was to offer money off a future order. I will never order from this company again and do NOT recommend.

Did not receive what was ordered and poor quality of flowers

Ordered an arrangement from 1800Flowers. Arrangement did not resemble what was purchased and quality of flowers very poor. They agreed to redeliver, but 3 days later delivered the same arrangement (though slightly more attractive), but still not what was pictured, but quality much better. Contacted them again, and they did offer to resend, but saw no reason to do this. Will not order from them again.

I flowers again!

I ordered flowers on 5-21 to be delivered on 5/25. The flowers were shipped from Miami Florida to central Florida on a FedEx truck in 91 degree heat! Checked tracking and now the dead flowers will be delivered on 5/26! Customer service what the heck is that? Not with 1-800flowers! Done with them!

Have been calling all the time getting Bangalore, and they just promise to do something but never was done a single thing Not even one e-mail from them
