Pissed off first time customer!!!!

I ordered a spray of flowers for a dear friends funeral 2 days ago. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday. They have not been delivered. The funeral is today. I contacted customer service and they confirmed the flowers had not been delivered and would try again today before the service at 11:00am. I wish I had NEVER ordered from them. This was my first time ordering from them and this is my experience so far!!! Oh they are quick to apologize but obviously cant get anything else right!!!

Failure to deliver my selected product

What you order and what you pay for is not the same. The left hand doesnt know that there is a right hand! Use another service. And know that whoever you choose can never guarantee same day delivery. That ship has sailed. But by far, these reptiles are the worst ever!!!

Very Dissatisfied

I bought a tulip and Iris cut flowers for my wife on Mother's Day and the irises never opened at all. I worked in a florist as a teenager and these flowers were very substandard. I recut the stems upon receiving them and put the packet of powder in the water and changed the water after a few days. I will never use this service again!

No stars this company is the worst. Never delivered the flowers my daughter ordered for Mother’s Day and not even a phone call to say why.

They called me the Wednesday after Mothers Day and said that they DIDNT have enough drivers. They said that they they will deliver them today, Friday in the morning. Its now 4:30 pm on Friday and no delivery again. NEVER USE 1800 FLOWERS. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY.

Can't review the flowers or delivery because I couldn't even get past the portal where you are supposed to enter the zip code. What a joke. Will use a business that makes the process less maddening.

I want an apology, I want my flowers delivered ASAP, and I want the business to eat the cost.

Very disappointed

I ordered flowers to be sent to France for my sister-in-law sick with covid February 20 after 3 days no @mail, so I called and was transfer to some place in India telling me the flower will ship on the 28, I was furious and cancel the order, but the person on the phone said I couldn't cancel my order but change the date, I responded in the USA you can cancel anything if you do not cancel I will contact my credit card. After a second phone call my order was canceled, I was able to get the flower to her by a family member whit covid no one know a long we have she's doing fine but what a scar . 1800 flower SUCK....SS

Cant believe I spent $80 on a sparse, ugly bouquet that didnt look anything like the picture on the website. Good grief, I spent $10 on a grocery store bouquet that looks 10 times better. The one on the left is from grocery store.

VALENTINE DAY SURPRISE ABSOLOUTLEY RUINED

My boyfriend TRIED To surprise me with flowers for valentines day EXCEPT they delivered them to the wrong address and even had someone else sign for them? I NEVER received the flowers even though my name, phone number, work address AND the NAME of my work were listed but somehow still let a stranger take them home. Then offered to have my SURPRISE FLOWERS delivered 2 days later. What was supposed to be a romantic valentines day turned into a customer service nightmare and NO I will absoloutely never use this site again.
