First flower order delivered and placed next to a rural style curb mailbox but recipient reported it wasnt there, replacement supposedly delivered, but no picture, point of delivery unknown. I ordered a fruit bouquet on 7/15/25 early morning for same-day delivery and paid extra for the same-day service. Mid-morning, I received an email update that delivery was attempted but was not able to be delivered.
Shortly after, I received another email update that my order was being prepared. The recipient was a sick child, and I needed the order to be delivered that day. The ring doorbell at the house showed no activity of someone coming to the door, so delivery was obviously not attempted. Someone was home all day.
I did not get a phone call or text either. It's very obvious to me that delivery was never going to be attempted that day, and the fruit bouquet arrived today instead. I chatted with an agent yesterday evening to check the status, and they told me delivery had been attempted which, again, based on my comments above, was not the case at all. I was told I would be refunded for the delivery fee and given $15 off of a future order.
That does not satisfy me nor change the fact that a little girl did not receive what I ordered on the day I planned.
I am highly disappointed because it's apparent to me that there was never going to be same-day delivery and I was lied to as well.
I will not use any of the services you provide in the future and will be telling my story on social media to share my terrible experience.

I got flowers with a greeting card and the same message inside the free mini card - Hope you're having a great week, love Shannon and Chase. I don't know anyone named Shannon or Chase, and I'm worried that someone might be missing their flowers that got sent to me by accident.
So I called the company, which wasn't easy. They don't like to give out their phone number or take customer service calls, and when I told the girl the situation, she couldn't find my order through my name. So I gave her the order number, and she took a while and came back and said she still couldn't find that order. I said, well, there are other numbers on here: our transaction number, a routing number, blah blah blah.
But she said, no, that's OK. Just keep the flowers. So I just felt bad that somebody somewhere doesn't have their flowers, or maybe these flowers really are for me, but she couldn't confirm that, and that somewhere there's a Shannon and Chase out there that I need to think about, but I don't know who they are. I think she should've gotten a supervisor, and they should've dug deeper with the other numbers.
I wanted to try to find the order and see what really happened there.
It was important to me, and I couldn't get any answers. I understand that they can't give out certain information, but it would've been nice if I could've known if those flowers really were indeed for me or for someone else.

I ordered flowers for my Daughter in-laws birthday with vase, first of all they delivered with box, second the flowers was not even close to what I ordered. Horrible and totally embarrassed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Finally found the right person to talk to; it took a while to wade through all the B.S. Received a partial (fair) refund, and (supposedly) a "we're sorry" bouquet of flowers.
My son ordered flowers for my Mother's day gift. The first delivery was badly wilted; he arranged for a replacement bouquet.
The second delivery was composed of rotten flowers and leaf matter...I'm talking black, slimy, stinky stuff. It was a mass that composed about 1/3 of the bouquet, with poor quality (yellow stems) flowers surrounding it. He paid $148.75 so that some idiot in a warehouse could spoil a lovely surprise. Who would do that?
1-800 sent a "response" asking for information they already had. I responded, so we'll see...

Short version - chat tech support doesn't work on Chrome mobile site. Switch to desktop compatibility in Chrome settings and it'll with fine!
The person I was chatting with, a real person for sure, was extremely helpful and able to fix my issue in like 5 minutes.
Long version - My order was messed up, totally my fault. I immediately noticed and tried to fix it. The messaged I got was "if the order is able to be edited there will be a button to press. If the order is unable to be changed the button will be red." Well I didn't have any button.
Clicked everywhere, opened and closed. Logged in a few different times, no luck. So I finally see that there's a chat option. Ok great.
I click the chat button... Nothing. The screen kinda looks like it opens and quickly closes a tab. I googled my issue and found a bunch of posts on Reddit and elsewhere saying they had the same problem.
I was getting frustrated and running out of time, so I emailed them and kept searching for a solution. That's how I stumbled across this pissedconsumer site. I was about to give up, and I thought you myself, maybe the web page doesn't load properly because I'm on mobile. So I selected "show desktop site" in Chrome settings.
I tried to click the chat one more time and bam! It worked! Chat opened, in a minute or two someone was typing and like 5 minutes total my problem was solved!
All of this happened at 2 AM the same day that my order was supposed to be delivered! Still showed up on time in perfect condition!

Out of 5 orders, I only had a successful outcome with one order being done successfully. That was an order from my father's funeral when I ordered a wreath.
The subsequent orders were all problematic, from rotten fruit from one 800 baskets company underneath the umbrella to broken items from a personal mall, another company underneath the umbrella. I was being charged for a higher-priced item and sent the lower-priced item instead, then delivered late instead of the agreed-upon time. When they said they would replace the item free of charge, the item never got to my husband's destination, which was the hospital. No staff within the hospital saw the delivery of the flowers; yet another charge showed up on my account, so they wound up charging twice, although they were supposed to remove the charge altogether of $69.30.
Instead, they charged $69.30 twice. When I called, they claimed that they were reimbursing me. This hasn't happened yet; it's still showing as pending in my account. This company is not a good company to deal with.
They try to pass off their poor business practices or at least the company they deal with by giving you a $15 off pass for your next order. I didn't order in the first place so that I could get a $15 off pass for mistakes they made. I just want what I ordered to be delivered.
This did not happen. Stay away if you don't want to be frustrated and unnecessarily deal with having to follow up and track down your delivery and reimbursements.

I ordered peonies for my wife for Valentine's Day for $155. They arrived, obviously having been frozen before, and were drooping.
They were not the product that was advertised on your website. I spent 30 minutes on your chatbot and eventually, they said they would refund the entire amount, but without a confirmation number.
I will share this information on social media along with a picture of your product since your customer service person was unwilling to view a photo of your product as it appeared at our home. Such a disappointment!

NI order flowers for my 20th wedding anniversary for my wife. She was at home when the text came in saying the delivery was made.
I walked in the house, there was nothing. I asked she said there had been no delivery. I called the customer service number, waited on hold for more than 20 minutes, requested a call back, no call back even 30 minutes later. Went to the online chatbot to ask for a representative, and that was another 30+ minute way.
So far, they took a bunch of money, delivered nothing and refuse to communicate in any way.
0/10 company. Avoid at all costs.
