1800Flowers - Scam company
my daughter was to receive flowers on valentines day, her boyfriend spent $75.00 for this service, we waited till 9pm and still no show, I called this am and spoke to first rep, and she informed me that the florist cancelled, HMMM nice of them to let this guy know that his girlfriend would not be receiving anything for Valentines day, and then I was on hold for 20 minutes and they could not even give me the name of the Florist who cancelled, instead the only record they had was for a company named Delaware Valley Cross Dock, which I could not even find on the internet, only thing close was a trucking company, so 1800 flowers does not even have the name of the florist that they send your information too!!!!!!! i called back and the order was still opened, after I cancelled it and then wanted a supervisor and was told she could not transfer the call BUT SHE WOULD HAVE TO GET UP FROM HER DESK AND WALK TO THE SUPERVISORS OFFICE yeah right, then comes back on the phone after 32 minutes and finally gives me the confirmation number for the cancellation and tells me it will be 1-2 billing cycles before you see the refund, AGAIN i asked to speak to a supervisor, THIS TIME I AM TOLD HE IS IN A MEETING, I said how can that be when you just had me on hold for 32 minutes so you could go speak to him personally!!!!!! I cannot believe a company can have over 2300 bad reviews on one site and yet still be able to do business, I wish we could all get together and form a CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
