Ordered flowers for a funeral...they looked exactly nothing like the picture and were severely lacking. Called them just prior to the funeral to express our anger, disappointment and outrage over this "arrangement"...and instead of taking care of the situation they entered into a negotiation regarding how much they should refund.

It was absolutely the worst experience I have had (and I ordered from them before successfully) regarding flowers. Their "guarantee" was pretty worthless and ordering from them again is out of the question...and the only way I'll get my "smile guarantee" from them in the future is when I talk someone else out of ordering from them.

Outraged is a perfect word for what I had to deal with also. Is there any business anymore that takes pride in themselves?
