1800Flowers - The rose plant died!!!!!
On Friday, May 12, 2017 a rose plant with candle was delivered to my aunt in Tampa Fl, I just called her to inquire how the plant was doing, she informed me that she didn't want to tell me but the little rose plant has died, it arrived fine, she loved the vase and the candle as well as the rose plant as she is a vivid gardener, she says the buds never opened and they started falling, I am very disappointed for I was sure that she would had enjoyed her gift for a longer period of time, for less than a couple of weeks does not seem to be a great amount of time to enjoy her gift. My order # was WOO885424****06 and my name is Clara Cuadrado my e-mail cdc446@***.com, would it be possible to come to a happy end of this story like sending her a new plant at no extra cost to me...Hoping that I will trust in the future any other gifts I would like to send through your company, I remain sincerely grateful... Mrs Clara Cuadrado

Most likely the plant had spider mites - they are a big problem for small roses aka Victory Roses. Spraying a solution of dish soap, rubbing alcohol and water will kill them and is best applied as soon as you get the plant.
