“Message in a bottle” After missing the delivery date by 2 days, the package arrived and contained someone else’s message. After being put on hold 3 times, I was asked if it was ok if they called the recipient and apologized.

I told them absolutely NOT. Another hold for 20 minutes and I was told they would resend the order. They did exactly that......sent the 2nd order with the same wrong message. The next go ‘round in the phone, I was disconnected twice and then finally I heard “we will send the third time” when I repeated this back, I was disconnected.

I then responded to my “delivered” email and informed them of the 2nd error and they replied that the delivery had made it, I responded back that it was wrong. This email has gone back and forth 4 times (stating the same thing) They say the delivered it I said it was wrong the 2nd time. I have video and pics and more than likely will make a commercial when I have time. Look for it on YouTube soon.

I’ve sent all info to my bank so I can reverse the charges. Do yourself a favor and do not rely on this company to make anything happen.
