I called customer service well before the flowers had been sent because I realized that I had shipped them to an address that the recipient wouldn't be at on the delivery day.Customer service rep changes the shipping address without any issues.

They still end up shipping it to the old address. Emailed customer service to let them know they shipped it to the wrong address and they just reply back saying the address they shipped it to.

I am guessing that their customer service is outsourced to India.Call a local florist where you will get real service!!
